Hi Folks! Decided to change things up and Go with a new name that will be more in keeping with what is going on in Oneonta. I AM still a Realtor, but I SELL Real Estate. So, hence, oneonta NY real estate. Should be easier to keep track of me. Spring has taken off full force. Busy, busy, busy! Houses are coming on the market with lightening speed, giving buyers plenty of selection. Make sure you are ready for the traffic! Keep the grass cut, give your house a great curb appeal, that makes a huge difference. A welcoming appearance sets the tone for the rest of the house.
Spent the day in Albany at the Annual Tulip Fest. Albany is 1 1/2 hours from Oneonta.
The weather was great, flowers were spectacular.
